2. Eligibility & Conduct

• Abuse: You agree not to harass other users or spam the chat systems.
• Cheating: Manipulation of Elo ratings or XP through automated scripts or "win-trading" is strictly prohibited.

3. No Warranty (As-Is)

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. THE PROVIDER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE ACCURACY OF GAME DATA, PLAYER STATS, OR PERSISTENT STORAGE.

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PROVIDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DATA LOSS OR ACCOUNT TERMINATION.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to any account at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
