1. Data Collection

We process limited data to provide the Game experience:

• Account Data: Usernames and cryptographically hashed passwords (scrypt). We never store your plain-text password.
• Gameplay Data: Win/loss records, Elo ratings, and match history.
• Network Data: Anonymized IP addresses used for rate-limiting and DDoS protection.

2. Legal Basis

We process data based on Contractual Necessity to provide the game service and Legitimate Interests to protect the Service from security threats.

3. Storage & Retention

Data is stored in a SQLite database on Fly.io infrastructure.

• Match history is automatically deleted after 30 days.
• Inactive Guest accounts with no match history are purged periodically.

4. Security

While we use industry-standard hashing and timing-attack protections, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure. You use this Service at your own risk.

5. Your Rights

You may request account deletion by contacting the administrator or by ceasing use of the Service. Inactive data is purged automatically.
